We may offer one or more payment methods, including Cash on Delivery and online payment where available.

If Cash on Delivery is selected:
- payment must be made upon delivery
- refusal to accept a confirmed order without a valid reason may affect future order eligibility

If online payment is selected, you agree to provide valid payment details and authorize the payment amount due.

7. Delivery
We deliver within the Kingdom of Bahrain according to the delivery terms shown on the website or during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to demand, weekends, public holidays, weather, location access, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe, but we do not guarantee exact delivery times unless explicitly stated.

8. Inspection at Delivery
If your order or product page states that inspection before payment is allowed, the customer may inspect the product within the limits communicated at delivery.

Inspection must be reasonable and limited to verifying that the correct item was received and that it appears in acceptable condition.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.

We do not use or permit “no return, no exchange” wording that conflicts with consumer protection rules. Bahrain’s MOIC specifically treats use of “goods sold are not refundable or replaced” as a complaint issue.

Where a warranty is offered, it applies only to the extent stated on the relevant product page or order details.

The warranty does not cover:
- misuse or improper handling
- accidental damage after delivery
- unauthorized repair or modification
- normal wear and tear
- damage caused by failure to follow product instructions

11. Promotions and Offers
Special offers, discounts, bundle deals, and shipping promotions may be subject to conditions, limited stock, and limited-time availability.

Unless stated otherwise:
- offers cannot be combined
- promotional prices apply only during the stated offer period
- misuse of offers may result in cancellation of the order

- the content is truthful and lawful
- you have the right to share it
- it does not violate the rights of others

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Atheer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delayed delivery
- we are not responsible for interruptions caused by technical problems, third-party platforms, payment gateways, couriers, or events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities where we reasonably believe there is:
- abuse of promotions
- false or misleading customer details
- repeated refusal of confirmed deliveries without valid reason
- suspected fraud or misuse of the website

18. Governing Framework
These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with the laws and applicable consumer protection rules of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Bahrain’s MOIC also requires internet retailers to maintain terms of use, returns/refund, secure payment, an active cart, and goods delivery service.
